Resignation letter of the week - Jane Diplock of the Securities Commission

Oh FFS.
Fundamentally, it's the directors who failed here.

Yes, we know. We have regulators to ensure that someone keeps an eye on them.
Ms Diplock also noted there had been a failure of the regulatory structures, and lessons had been learned from that.

The regulatory structures that you, Ms Diplock, were in charge of. What, exactly, are you paid for again?
