Another quickie - libpq-fe.h and psycopg2 on osx

If you can't build psycopg2 on osx, failing with
In file included from psycopg/psycopgmodule.c:29In file included from psycopg/psycopgmodule.c:29:
./psycopg/connection.h:27:22: error: libpq-fe.h: No such file or directory
Then you need to download and run the installer package again. I got this after restoring from a time capsule backup. Yes, there is a longer story associated with that.
